Chemical name: tetramethylthiuram disulfide
Properties: white or light yellow powder, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water, irritant to respiratory tract and skin.
Usage: used as super vulcanization accelerator in rubber industry, often used with thiazole accelerator and other accelerators as continuous rubber accelerator. It can be used as a curing agent because it decomposes the free sulfur slowly above 100 ℃. Excellent aging and heat resistance. It is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Mainly used in manufacturing tire, inner tube, rubber shoes, cable and other industrial products.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight.
