Product Name: accelerator TBzTD
Chemical name: tetrabenzyl thiuram disulfide
Properties: relative density 1.33, soluble in benzene, chloroform, chloroform, limited soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water. The product is tasteless, non hygroscopic and stable in storage.
Usage: This product is a safe secondary amine accelerant. It is mainly used to replace tyramine assistant TMTD to reduce the presence of suspected carcinogenic nitrosamines. TBzTD can be used as main accelerant or assistant accelerant in the application of NR, SBR and NBR. ETU can be used as an inhibitor in modified CR. Compared with TMTD, TBzTD is safer and has longer scorch time.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight.
