Property: This product is white powder. There is no stink, but there is bitterness. Specific gravity: 1.42, soluble in ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate, insoluble in petroleum ether, dioxomethane, insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene and water. It has good storage stability and is the second anti-aging agent without pollution.

Usage: This product is used as antioxidant of natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and latex, and also as polyethylene. It has protective effect on oxygen, weather aging, static aging, etc. it can also effectively prevent copper damage and overcome the adverse effect caused by over sulfur during crystallization and vulcanization. This product can be used alone or well with other anti-aging agents (such as DNP, AP and other non polluting anti-aging agents), which can obtain obvious synergistic effect. This product is easy to disperse in rubber, does not change color in sunlight, slightly polluting. When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5 phr. When the dosage is more than 2 phr, there will be clear frost phenomenon. The amount used in latex foam rubber is 0.5 parts. Because of its bitter taste, it is not suitable for rubber products in contact with food.

Storage: sealed storage in a cool, dry, well ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
