2019 expert group expansion meeting of rubber auxiliary Comm

The expert group expansion meeting of the rubber auxiliary Professional Committee of China Rubber Association in 2019 was held in Hebi from May 7 to 9. All experts and representatives of the board of directors, as well as two experts, Linglong tire and shuangqian tire, attended the meeting with 31 participants in total. 1. Accelerator TBBS product association standard
In 2018, the standard working group of accelerator TBBS Association completed the preparation of the first draft of the standard, and the Secretariat of the special committee put forward the direction of revision. It is hoped that the standards of TBBS association should fully reflect the technical indicators of product efficiency and better promote the development of product quality to a high level. According to the preliminary test conducted by the National Engineering and Technology Center for rubber additives, the influence of the purity of accelerator TBBS on the curing curve is still small. Experts at the meeting agreed that there is no good technical support for judging the curing promotion effect of accelerator TBBS by the curing curve. Director Dong of shuangqian tire published their recent application research results, which showed that different particle size distribution of accelerator TBBS had a greater impact on the performance of rubber compound, which may be an effective way for tire enterprises to identify the performance of accelerator products.
The expert group agreed that the Secretariat, together with the working group on TBBS standards, should hold a special meeting as soon as possible to study the effective technical indicators of accelerator promoting the vulcanization reaction performance, carry out the verification test and laboratory comparison test, and finally complete the formulation of "TBBS Association standard for rubber accelerator".
2. Three high is product association standard

Before the meeting, the National Engineering and technology center of rubber additives carried out two repeatability tests on the dispersibility test of density deviation method for is. Experts from tire enterprises put forward suggestions on the dispersion of free sulfur and is particle size distribution.
The representatives of the expert group agreed to open the meeting of is association standard working group as soon as possible, especially invite experts from tire enterprises to participate in the standard working group, discuss and verify the method of multi index relative evaluation of is dispersion, and hope to form a consensus and strive to complete the high-level Association standard work.
3. Association standard for evaluation system of "excellent suppliers in rubber additives industry"
The representatives of the expert group agreed that the Secretariat should issue a document and set up the working group for the preparation of standards of the association on a voluntary basis, and invite at least three experts from tire enterprises to participate in the working group. According to the evaluation system of "excellent natural rubber supplier", the first draft of the standard is prepared, and then the Secretariat submits the document to the technical and Economic Commission of the general assembly for the preparation and approval of the standard.
4. "Evaluation system for cleaner production of rubber additives industry" issued by MIIT
The preparation of the standard and relevant PPT and other materials have been completed. At present, the Ministry of industry and information technology is organizing experts to review, waiting to pass the review and release the standard.
5. Open a green channel for enterprises to initiate the preparation and revision of new products, new technologies, new equipment and other standards
