Chemical name: tetraethyl thiuram disulfide
Properties: light yellow or gray white crystal, tasteless. The density is 1.17-1.30g/cm3, insoluble in water, dilute acid and alkali, slightly soluble in ethanol and gasoline, soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, carbon disulfide and chloroform. It can irritate skin and mucous membrane. It can avoid contact with eyes and skin and has certain toxicity.
Uses: natural rubber, SBR, NBR, butyl rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber and the super accelerant and curing agent of latex. The content of effective sulfur is 11%, which can be used as the modifier of chloroprene rubber. This product is easy to disperse, pollution-free and discolored in rubber. It is usually used to make cable, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, inner tube, colorful products, etc.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
