Property: Taupe powder, specific gravity 1.18 ~ 1.22. The melting point shall not be lower than 140 ℃. Soluble in benzene, toluene, acetone, dichloroethane, carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in ethanol and gasoline; insoluble in water. Stable storage.
Application: it can prolong the storage period of solid propellant when used as antioxidant in composite solid propellant. It can be used in rubber and latex, such as natural rubber, butylbenzene, butyronitrile, CIS butyl, butyl, butylhydroxy, polyisoprene, etc. it has good flex resistance and crack resistance. It can improve the strength of constant elongation, enhance the protection of hot oxygen, ozone, copper, manganese and other harmful metals, and has no effect on vulcanization. The combination of antioxidant D can solve various aging problems of dark rubber products. In addition, it can also be used as thermal oxygen stabilizer of polyethylene, polypropylene polyamide and polymethylaldehyde engineering plastics to improve the weatherability. The reference dosage is 0.2-0.3%.
