Chemical name: nickel n, n-di-n-butyl-dithiocarbamate
Properties: dark green powder, density 1.26g/cm3. Melting point above 86 ℃. The flash point is 263 ℃. Soluble in chloroform, benzene, carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in water. The storage period is stable. Toxic, irritating to skin, harmful to human body by inhalation of steam and dust.
Application: rubber or plastic antioxidant. It is mainly used in styrene butadiene, chloroprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and other synthetic rubbers. It can prevent the rubber from cracking caused by sunlight and ozone, and improve the heat resistance of chloroprene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene. In the plastic industry, it is used as light stabilizer and anti ozone agent of polymer materials. It can be used in polypropylene fiber, thin film and narrow band, but it makes the product yellow and green. The general dosage is 0.3 ~ 0.5%.
